- Assisting the M&A practice by driving transactions forward, including conducting due diligence, drafting and reviewing SPAs, heads of terms, confidentiality agreements, and supporting post-acquisition integration.
- Advising on corporate and commercial projects, including new offices/entities, reorganisations, and joint ventures.
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including intra-group agreements, partnership agreements, and asset transfers.
