Description: A high-growth New York–based boutique law firm is seeking a senior Corporate Partner to lead and scale its M&A and Private Equity practice at a national level. The incoming partner will step into a clear leadership mandate with genuine authority to shape strategy, expand capability, and grow a team around an already active client base spanning private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, venture-backed businesses, debt funds, and corporates.
