Description: Travelers is seeking a highly motivated and innovative attorney to join its Contracts & Technology Legal Group. The successful candidate will serve as lead counsel on strategic technology, vendor, and other commercial transactions, including artificial intelligence (AI), data governance, and emerging technology matters. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex technology-related agreements, advising on contract interpretation and dispute resolution, and collaborating with business partners.
