The company is seeking a highly motivated, business-minded attorney to join its Legal & Compliance team as Counsel, HR Products. Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, the successful candidate will provide critical legal guidance as the company expands its Employer of Record (EOR) services into new international jurisdictions. The role involves partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Compliance teams to provide ongoing employment and product counseling across launched EOR countries. Key responsibilities include analyzing global employment regulations, preparing employment agreement templates, and advising on insurance regulatory compliance, including ERISA and COBRA. The Counsel will be instrumental in building a scalable product counseling function and fostering a culture of integrity within a rapidly growing organization. Eligibility: * Minimum of 3+ years of legal experience in-house or at a law firm. * Substantive knowledge of and experience with employment law. * Possession of a Law degree (J.D. or equivalent). * Experience with Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) or Employer of Record (EOR) services is preferred. * Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
