Description: Knowtion Health is seeking a Counsel for Legal & Compliance to provide legal and compliance support in the areas of client contracting, vendor management, HIPAA privacy and security issues, general operational matters, and other related functions. This is a remote position requiring a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace. Priority is given to applicants located in AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, ME, MI, MO, MS, NC, NM, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV.
Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate contracts, including Business Associate Agreements (BAAs).
• Provide legal and compliance support on HIPAA/HITECH, healthcare compliance frameworks, and OIG guidance.
• Support general operational and vendor management matters.
