OpenLoop is seeking a Counsel, Marketing & Advertising to serve as a key legal partner to their Growth, Marketing, Product, and Clinical teams. The ideal candidate will have 4-7+ years of experience practicing FDA, FTC, healthcare regulatory, advertising, or promotional law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and advise on marketing and promotional materials to ensure compliance with FTC, FDA, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Growth, Product, Clinical, and Compliance teams to review and advise on consumer-facing materials across multiple channels.
• Participate in and support a collaborative legal/compliance/marketing review process that enables scalable and compliant campaign execution.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance balancing regulatory requirements with growth and speed-to-market objectives.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• 4–7+ years of experience practicing FDA, FTC, healthcare regulatory, advertising, or promotional law, preferably within healthcare, digital health, telehealth, pharmacy, wellness, or consumer health industries.
• Strong knowledge of FTC advertising regulations, FDA promotional guidance, and healthcare marketing compliance requirements.
