This high-autonomy role involves taking primary responsibility for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide array of complex commercial agreements, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), SaaS agreements, and partner contracts. The position is designed for a senior professional capable of navigating multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments independently. In addition to contract management, the Counsel will provide strategic legal guidance on cross-border payments, AML/CTF frameworks, and financial services regulations. The role requires close collaboration with internal compliance, operations, and sales teams to support deal execution and refine internal governance policies as the company scales its global footprint. Eligibility: * Licensed attorney in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. * 5–10 years of post-qualification experience with a strong focus on commercial and contract law. * Proven track record of drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, specifically within the fintech, payments, or financial services sectors. * Working knowledge of SaaS business models, cross-border payment infrastructure, and money transmission frameworks. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
