The Long-Term Stock Exchange (LTSE) is seeking a Director and Senior Counsel, Regulation and Markets to help advance its regulatory strategy and ensure the strength and integrity of its market. This highly visible role sits at the intersection of market structure, regulation, and innovation. The selected candidate will lead the rule filing process end-to-end, serving as LTSE’s primary point of contact with the SEC.Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the rule filing process, identifying, drafting, and submitting rule filings to the SEC.
  • Advise business and product development personnel on regulatory matters and interpretation of the LTSE Rulebook.
  • Research and interpret complex SEC and SRO rules and regulations.
  • Oversee and mentor junior attorneys in the rule filing process.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Target salary range: $230,000 - $290,000 (mid-point base salary of $260,000).
  • Total rewards package including stock options, 401k, comprehensive health benefits, and home-office stipend.
