The selected candidate will lead the rule filing process end-to-end, serving as LTSE’s primary point of contact with the SEC.Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the rule filing process, identifying, drafting, and submitting rule filings to the SEC.
- Advise business and product development personnel on regulatory matters and interpretation of the LTSE Rulebook.
- Research and interpret complex SEC and SRO rules and regulations.
- Oversee and mentor junior attorneys in the rule filing process.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Target salary range: $230,000 - $290,000 (mid-point base salary of $260,000).
