The Director will handle corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, intellectual property protection, and employment law, while collaborating with international teams to support the company's global expansion and risk management frameworks.
Eligibility: Applicants must hold a Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school and be a member of the Bar in good standing. Requirements include 10+ years of corporate legal experience, with a preference for candidates who have spent at least two years at a law firm and the majority of their career in-house. Experience in a global manufacturing environment and expertise in managing M&A transactions are highly preferred.
