Eligibility: Applicants must hold a Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school and be a member of the Bar in good standing. Requirements include 10+ years of corporate legal experience, with a preference for candidates who have spent at least two years at a law firm and the majority of their career in-house. Experience in a global manufacturing environment and expertise in managing M&A transactions are highly preferred.
