Eligibility: Applicants must possess a Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school and maintain Bar membership in good standing. A minimum of 10 years of corporate legal experience is required, ideally with at least two years in a law firm and the majority in-house. Experience in global manufacturing, the chemical industry, or building products is highly preferred.
