The successful candidate will partner with business leaders to support initiatives across PayPal’s digital wallet products (FIAT). Responsibilities include providing strategic legal advice, influencing business strategy, anticipating regulatory risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws such as UDAAP, state money transmission laws, and CFPB guidelines.
Eligibility: Applicants must hold a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to a state bar in good standing. A minimum of 10 years of relevant legal experience is required. Preferred candidates will have in-house experience advising on consumer product legal matters and at least 2 years of experience in the fintech or consumer financial services space.
