Description: LATICRETE International is seeking a Director, Legal to serve as the sole in-house legal advisor, reporting directly to the CFO. This position will oversee the company’s global legal affairs, manage external counsel, and provide strategic legal guidance on corporate, regulatory, and operational matters. The role is remote but requires approximately 25% travel (including international).
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee corporate governance, board meetings, and shareholder communications.
• Manage legal matters associated with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic transactions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international laws.
• Manage global litigation, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Draft and review commercial contracts, licenses, and employment agreements.
• Oversee the protection and enforcement of the company's intellectual property portfolio.
