This high-impact role is designed for a seasoned attorney with deep expertise in electronic discovery law, operating at the intersection of legal strategy and technology. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 clients and internal stakeholders, providing guidance on complex, high-stakes litigation matters with authority and precision. The responsibilities include serving as primary legal counsel on all eDiscovery matters, including litigation holds, data preservation, and production strategies. The counsel will draft and negotiate eDiscovery-related agreements, ESI stipulations, and court orders while partnering with forensic experts to design defensible discovery workflows. Additionally, the role involves monitoring developments in eDiscovery legislation and judicial opinions to provide actionable client advisories and mentoring junior legal staff. Eligibility: * J.D. from an accredited law school and an active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. * 6+ years of legal experience with a strong focus on eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal technology. * Deep knowledge of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP), ESI best practices, and relevant case law. * Hands-on experience with major eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Nuix, or Everlaw. * Familiarity with Technology-Assisted Review (TAR), predictive coding, and AI-driven review workflows. * Ability to travel periodically (estimated 20–30%) to office hubs in San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, and New York City. * Applicants must not require visa sponsorship or H1-B visas.
