Key Responsibilities

• Work on complex tribunal claims and employment litigation
• Provide strategic advisory work on workforce issues
• Collaborate on corporate transactions and business change projects
• Handle cross-border employment matters and global mobility
• Address senior executive and board-level issues, including exits, reward and restrictive covenants
