Description: Grant Thornton UK is hiring a Partner Services Associate Director (Employment Lawyer) to join their People & Culture team in Leeds. This senior role involves supporting partner lifecycle matters (from entry to exit) and providing expert employment law and employee relations guidance below partner level. The ideal candidate will have a solid legal grounding and the ability to apply it in a practical, commercial, and people-focused manner within a private equity-backed partnership structure.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support the full partner lifecycle, including admissions, promotions, role changes, and departures.
• Advise on and prepare partner documentation (partnership/LLP agreements, admission letters, profit share arrangements) alongside external counsel.
• Support the annual partner remuneration review process.
• Provide practical employment law guidance and manage employment tribunal claims.
• Contribute to equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives from a legal perspective.
