Description: A top-tier law firm is seeking an Environmental Associate Attorney to join its Natural Resources & Environmental Law practice group in Miami, Florida. The selected candidate will handle sophisticated environmental compliance, regulatory, and transactional matters for both public and private sector clients, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of attorneys, lobbyists, and consultants.
Eligibility:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Approximately 6 years of relevant environmental law experience preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida or eligible to obtain Florida licensure.
• Strong academic credentials, advocacy, and legal writing abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on environmental compliance, permitting, and regulatory obligations.
• Draft, review, and analyze complex legal documents with precision.
• Conduct legal research related to environmental laws and compliance frameworks.
• Support transactional environmental due diligence and regulatory analysis.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay Range: $185,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr.
