**Title:** Estate & Tax Planning Senior Legal Counsel **Category:** Jobs **Organiser:** Dalio Family Office (DFO) **Description:** The Dalio Family Office is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its Estate and Tax Planning (ETP) Pillar. This cross-disciplinary role is responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated estate and tax planning strategies to help the Dalio family achieve their financial, philanthropic, and personal objectives. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of planning projects, working closely with internal pillars—including Trust, Investment, Finance, and Legal—as well as external advisors to ensure the delivery of best-in-class estate plans. Key responsibilities include overseeing the administration of wealth transfer techniques such as GRATs and annual gifts, reviewing legal documents prepared by outside counsel for accuracy and alignment, and monitoring changes in relevant laws and regulations. The role also involves managing the planning required for significant life events and serving on cross-disciplinary teams to bridge tax compliance, finance, and accounting considerations.
