Description: Methodica Consulting is looking for experienced evaluators and experts in peacebuilding and access to justice in the Great Lakes region. Selected consultants will join the evaluation team to support the development and implementation of methodologies, and potentially conduct in-country data collection activities.
Eligibility:

• Must be based in either the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or Rwanda.
• 10+ years of experience in peacebuilding and/or access to justice projects in DRC or Rwanda.
• In-depth knowledge of the legal, judicial, and political context of the Great Lakes region, with an established network of contacts.
• A Master’s degree or PhD, preferably in Law (or related fields such as conflict resolution, peacebuilding, human rights, international relations, or development).
• Excellent written and spoken French and English.
• Experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) is highly advantageous.
