The role offers the opportunity to first-chair or second-chair trials, direct client interaction within a boutique setting, and a competitive compensation structure including quarterly bonuses and settlement fee percentages.
Eligibility: Applicants must possess a Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school and be admitted and in good standing with the Texas State Bar. Ideally, candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in first-party property damage or related fields such as toxic mold, construction defect, or bad faith insurance claims.
