Description: Incendia Partners is seeking a Founding General Counsel to lead transaction execution for a newly formed public-market investment platform. This is a high-impact, transaction-driven leadership role where the successful candidate will serve as a core member of the deal team. Responsibilities include leading legal due diligence for special situations, structuring PIPE transactions and reverse mergers (RTOs), managing SEC filings (8-Ks, S-1, S-4), and establishing governance infrastructure for a NASDAQ-listed acquisition vehicle.
