• Move past standard legal review to act as an outcome-obsessed business partner, utilizing quantitative risk analysis to tie legal strategies directly to company valuation and long-term trajectory.
• Navigate the complex cybersecurity legal landscape and regulatory changes with a warrior spirit, keeping the company unassailable from a compliance standpoint while operating at the edge of the cyber-threat environment.
