Eligibility: Applicants must possess a BA/BS and a Juris Doctor degree. Candidates must be active members in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar or another State Bar with the ability to obtain In-House Counsel status. A minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in a major law firm or corporate legal department is preferred, with demonstrated success in SaaS, IT, and general commercial matters.
