Key tasks include drafting and negotiating complex service and faculty agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance at federal and state levels, and partnering with leadership to develop policies that promote accountability and ethical conduct. Eligibility: * Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. * Active license to practice law in California. * 7–10+ years of progressively responsible legal experience with demonstrated ownership of complex matters. * Significant experience in nonprofit, mission-driven, or values-based organizations (or equivalent in-house experience). * Demonstrated expertise in contract drafting, employment law, and regulatory compliance. * Proven ability to advise senior leadership and boards by translating legal theory into practical operational options.
