The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the General Counsel and the executive team, ensuring that the company’s health and wellness offerings align with complex regulatory requirements. Beyond regulatory oversight, the role involves managing a broad spectrum of in-house legal needs, including litigation management, corporate insurance programs, and the negotiation of complex transactional agreements. The position demands a pragmatic, business-savvy leader capable of providing flexible coverage across marketing, R&D, and technology departments in a fast-paced, public company environment. Eligibility: * Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school. * Active admission to the bar in at least one U.S. state. * Minimum of 12 years of combined law firm and in-house experience. * Significant professional experience advising on supplement/nutrition claims and labeling. * Demonstrated expertise in FDA/FTC regulatory matters and advertising review. * Proven experience in contract negotiation, litigation management, and corporate insurance. * SEC/public company governance or securities reporting experience is considered an advantage.
