The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting global fund structures and navigating the complex regulatory intersection of traditional finance and blockchain technology. The role involves leading the legal design and maintenance of investment vehicles across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring optimization for both institutional and retail participation. Key responsibilities include overseeing robust compliance frameworks (AML/KYC), managing the legal lifecycle of deal flows—including SAFEs, SAFTs, and token purchase agreements—and acting as the primary liaison for regulators and external counsel.
