Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the successful candidate will lead legal strategy, risk management, and execution for a high-growth, private equity-backed vertical software company. Responsibilities include overseeing M&A execution, exit readiness, commercial contracts, privacy and security oversight, and global employment matters across jurisdictions including the U.S., Canada, and the Netherlands.
Eligibility: Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. A minimum of 10 years of progressive legal experience with significant in-house responsibility is required. Experience in private equity-backed companies and SaaS/technology environments is strongly preferred.
