- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to leadership, Product, and GTM teams on legal, regulatory, and business decisions, particularly regarding AI, IP, and copyright.
- Develop BioRender's perspective on copyright and IP issues related to AI image generation and scientific publishing.
- Implement an AI-forward approach to legal operations, leveraging technology to improve efficiency.
- Oversee a wide range of commercial agreements, including AI SaaS contracts and other technology-related agreements.
