This senior leadership role is responsible for defining and executing the organization’s global legal strategy across multiple jurisdictions. The position involves a blend of strategic advisory and hands-on oversight to ensure sustainable growth and full regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will manage legal risks across corporate, commercial, and employment matters while developing robust intellectual property protection strategies. Key accountabilities include overseeing financial reporting compliance, coordinating with external counsel on litigation, and supporting international corporate structuring.
