Head of Legal

This senior leadership role is responsible for defining and executing the organization’s overall legal strategy across multiple jurisdictions. The position requires a strategic advisor who can ensure full regulatory compliance while enabling sustainable growth in a complex, multi-country environment. The role combines high-level strategic oversight with hands-on management of corporate, commercial, regulatory, and intellectual property matters. Key responsibilities include managing legal risks across contracts and employment, overseeing corporate structuring for international expansion, and coordinating with external counsel on litigation and disputes. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership to guide major business decisions from a legal and governance perspective. Eligibility: * Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Chief Legal Officer (CLO) or VP Legal role within international or multi-jurisdictional organizations. * Strong expertise in corporate, contract, employment, intellectual property, and business law. * Proven experience in regulatory compliance and legal risk management in fast-scaling environments. * Demonstrated ability to manage litigation processes and coordinate effectively with external legal counsel. * High level of English proficiency (C1+); additional fluency in Russian is considered a strong advantage. * Familiarity with legal tech tools, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making environments is preferred.
