The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the organization's global legal strategy across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring full regulatory compliance while enabling sustainable growth. This role combines high-level strategic advisory with hands-on oversight of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. The position involves managing legal risks across contracts, employment, and litigation, as well as developing intellectual property protection strategies. Working closely with executive leadership, the Head of Legal will shape governance frameworks and guide major business decisions in a complex, multi-country environment. Eligibility: * Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Chief Legal Officer (CLO) or VP Legal role within international or multi-jurisdictional organizations. * Strong expertise in corporate, contract, employment, business, and intellectual property law. * Proven experience in regulatory compliance and legal risk management within fast-scaling environments. * High level of English proficiency (C1+); additional fluency in Russian is considered a strong advantage. * Demonstrated ability to manage litigation processes and coordinate effectively with external counsel. * Familiarity with legal tech tools, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making environments is preferred.
