The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping governance frameworks and managing legal risks in a complex, multi-country environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing contract management, employment matters, and litigation, as well as supporting corporate structuring and international expansion. Working closely with executive leadership, the Head of Legal will guide major business decisions from a legal and compliance perspective within a digital-first organizational structure. Eligibility: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Chief Legal Officer or VP Legal role within international or multi-jurisdictional organizations. * Strong expertise in corporate, contract, employment, intellectual property, and business law. * Proven experience in regulatory compliance and legal risk management in fast-scaling environments. * Demonstrated ability to manage litigation processes and coordinate with external legal counsel. * High level of English proficiency (C1+); additional fluency in Russian is considered a strong advantage. * Familiarity with legal tech tools, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making environments is preferred.
