Working closely with executive leadership, the Head of Legal will guide major business decisions and oversee financial reporting compliance, litigation processes, and corporate structuring. Eligibility: • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Chief Legal Officer or VP Legal role within international or multi-jurisdictional organizations. • Comprehensive expertise across corporate, contract, employment, intellectual property, and business law. • Proven experience in regulatory compliance and legal risk management in fast-scaling environments. • Demonstrated ability to manage litigation processes and coordinate effectively with external counsel. • High level of English proficiency (C1+); additional fluency in Russian is considered a strong advantage. • Familiarity with legal tech tools, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making is preferred.
