Working closely with executive leadership, the appointee will guide major business decisions from a legal and compliance perspective in a digital-first environment. Eligibility: * Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Chief Legal Officer or VP Legal role within international or multi-jurisdictional organizations. * Strong expertise across corporate, contract, employment, intellectual property, and business law. * Proven experience in regulatory compliance and legal risk management within fast-scaling environments. * Demonstrated ability to manage litigation processes and coordinate effectively with external legal counsel. * High level of English proficiency (C1+); additional fluency in Russian is considered a strong advantage. * Familiarity with legal tech tools, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making environments is preferred.
