The Panel is seeking a highly experienced and qualified lawyer to fill the position of Head of Legal - Investment Manager in Dublin, Ireland. This is a full-time, director-level role that requires a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in investment funds or asset management law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the review and approval of fund documentation
- Draft, review, and negotiate key commercial agreements
- Act as the primary legal interface with the Central Bank of Ireland
- Advise on regulatory change and assess implications for the business
- Manage external legal counsel relationships
Requirements:
- Qualified Lawyer with minimum 7 years post-qualification experience
- Substantive experience in investment funds or asset management law
- Solid understanding of the Irish regulatory environment
- Track record of negotiating and managing complex fund-related commercial agreements
