Description: TriWest Healthcare Alliance is seeking a Healthcare Counsel to support the Office of General Counsel. The role involves advising and producing attorney work products for healthcare-related departments (including Provider Services, Medical Management, Program Integrity, and Claims), drafting and negotiating provider contracts, and ensuring compliance with federal healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, the False Claims Act, Stark, and Anti-Kickback laws. This is a remote position requiring regular business hours in Arizona Time.
Salary: $142,000 - $149,000 per year
Key Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation. Remote work is limited to specific approved states (AK, AR, AZ, CO, FL, HI, IA, ID, IL, KS, LA, MD, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OK, OR, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA/DC, WA, WI & WY).
