Description: Latitude Legal is partnering with a healthcare technology organization to recruit an experienced In-House Corporate Counsel. This role will serve as a key legal partner to sales, operations, and leadership teams, with a primary focus on managing a high volume of commercial and healthcare-related contracts (such as MSAs, SOWs, and BAAs) and supporting general corporate transactional work. The attorney will provide practical, business-oriented guidance while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy requirements (HIPAA/PHI).
