Description: Sensor Tower is seeking an experienced In-house Counsel to manage a wide range of agreements typical for a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, including data licenses, agency, partnership, and reseller agreements. The successful candidate will partner with Go-To-Market and operations teams to drive growth, shape contracting strategies, and advise leadership on legal implications of strategic initiatives such as privacy compliance and regulatory matters.
Eligibility: Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active bar membership in good standing. A minimum of 5 years of experience focused on SaaS and technology transactions is required, along with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance (data privacy and financial regulations) and experience managing high-volume commercial negotiations.
