Blue Coral Staffing Corp. is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on legal professional to join their team as In-House Counsel in Las Vegas, NV. This is a full-time, 100% on-site position where the successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and report directly to the General Counsel. The role involves navigating a broad range of legal, regulatory, and risk matters in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Corporate In-House Legal Counsel will support the organization across diverse legal areas. Primary duties include:

  • Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client engagements, vendor agreements, and strategic arrangements.
  • Corporate Governance: Supporting entity management, board-related matters, and internal governance practices.
  • Regulatory & Compliance: Advising on U.S. and international employment, local laws, taxes, permits, and data protection frameworks (including GDPR and U.S. privacy frameworks).
  • Restructuring & Insolvency: Assisting with Chapter 11 proceedings, receiverships, retention applications, and court-mandated actions.
  • Dispute Resolution: Managing litigation, disputes, and claims, including coordinating with outside counsel.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with HR, Finance, Operations, and Compliance to mitigate risk and establish internal controls.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this role:

  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
  • Bar Admission: Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar is mandatory.
  • Experience: 4–6 years of relevant legal experience in a reputable law firm and/or an in-house legal department.
  • Skills: Strong background in contract negotiation, corporate governance, and commercial transactions. Exposure to restructuring, insolvency, or fiduciary engagements is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a highly competitive compensation package, which includes:

  • Base Salary: $175,000.00 to $225,000.00 per year (commensurate with experience).
  • Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus potential of 20% to 25%.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance, alongside a 401(k) retirement plan.
