Key responsibilities include drafting PMPA Franchise Agreements, real estate transactions, and advising senior leadership on legal risks and compliance.
Eligibility: Applicants must hold a JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school and possess a minimum of five (5) years of combined experience as a litigator and in-house corporate counsel. Active Bar admission in both New York and New Jersey is mandatory, with the requirement to waive into the Pennsylvania Bar within the first year of employment.
