Description: PrimeCare Medical, Inc. is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to join its Legal Department under the direction of the General Counsel. The successful candidate will manage litigation strategy, coordinate with outside counsel, draft and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements (including professional services, healthcare, and vendor procurement), and advise executive leadership on legal risks and regulatory compliance (including HIPAA, pharmaceutical compliance, and licensing).
