Description: Remoat Teams is hiring an In-House Counsel on a contract basis for an established, founder-led services company headquartered in Singapore. The role covers a full range of commercial, corporate, and employment work for a multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional operating business. You will report directly to the founder and act as the sole dedicated legal resource.
Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial contract review and negotiation (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs).
• Drafting and standardising cross-border independent contractor frameworks.
• Reviewing and drafting cross-jurisdiction employment agreements and EOR arrangements.
• Handling Singapore corporate housekeeping and ACRA filings.
• Coordinating with external tax and corporate counsel.

Engagement Structure: Contract engagement for 1–3 months initially, with monthly progress reviews and potential for an ongoing arrangement.
