Description: Korn Ferry is recruiting a senior In-House Counsel for Data Privacy on behalf of its client, an innovative AI-driven financial technology platform company. The selected candidate will support AI governance, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and technology-related legal initiatives across the organization's AI-driven financial services platforms. This is a contract position reporting directly to the COO & General Counsel.
Eligibility:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active U.S. bar membership in good standing.
• 10-15 years of experience practicing data privacy, technology, regulatory, or related legal disciplines.
• Significant experience supporting data privacy and compliance matters within financial services, fintech, SaaS, AI, or technology organizations.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, privacy frameworks, and data governance principles.

Key Details:

• Compensation: $125.00/hr - $150.00/hr W2
• Employment Type: Contract (3 Months to Start with option to extend)
• Commitment: 40 Hour Work Week, Monday to Friday, Standard Daytime Hours
• Reports to: COO & General Counsel
