The successful candidate will provide legal support for fund administration, transfer agency, and custodian/depositary businesses in relation to UCITS and AIFMD clients across Europe. Responsibilities include assisting the Treasury Department with cash management and liquidity activities, supporting the FinTech business line with product launches, and monitoring banking-related regulatory developments.
Eligibility: Applicants must be admitted as either a barrister or solicitor within England and Wales. Requirements include excellent knowledge of capital markets activities of banks and brokers, and the ability to negotiate complex agreements.
