This role is designed for a "legal operator" who will manage a diverse portfolio including hardware trading, firmware, compute derivatives, and capital markets transactions. The successful candidate will work directly with the CEO and COO to establish the systems, templates, and scalable processes necessary for the company’s growth. A defining feature of this position is its emphasis on AI-augmented legal operations. The legal function is being built with an AI-first philosophy, requiring the counsel to leverage tools such as Claude and LLM-powered platforms for high-throughput contract review, automated document assembly, and risk assessment. The role encompasses the full spectrum of legal work, from drafting complex commercial agreements to managing corporate governance, equity transactions, and regulatory compliance. Beyond standard corporate duties, the Counsel will monitor developments in Bitcoin mining, digital assets, and energy markets. Responsibilities also include managing litigation holds, overseeing outside counsel for specialized matters, and implementing automated compliance screening for international partners. This is a unique opportunity for a tech-forward legal professional to define the legal operations of a scaling enterprise.
