Description: A well-established, privately held insurance company is seeking an In-House Attorney to join its growing team. This is a highly flexible, primarily remote role with a stable organization. The role focuses on handling Personal Injury Protection (PIP) matters, including arbitration and related litigation. Selected attorneys will manage a high-volume caseload and work closely with internal claims teams on strategy, exposure, and resolution. Candidates must be based in New Jersey to attend occasional in-person appearances as needed.
