Description: CyberCoders is hiring an In-House Counsel on behalf of a premier personal injury law firm. This specialized, fully remote role focuses on the firm's internal litigation needs rather than traditional client-facing work. Key responsibilities include managing minor's compromise petitions, representing the firm in fee arbitrations and legal disputes, and conducting heavy motion practice and remote advocacy.
Eligibility:

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar (Required).
• 5+ years of litigation experience (prior in-house experience at a law firm is highly preferred).
• Familiarity with CCP, fee dispute resolution, and California probate/civil court procedures regarding minor's compromises.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

Salary/Benefits: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year, with employer-paid health, dental, vision, 401k, and flexible PTO.
