The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, supporting strategic decision-making while safeguarding the organisation’s legal and regulatory position. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements including SaaS, licensing, consulting, partnership, procurement, and service agreements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Act as the lead in-house legal advisor across all business units, providing guidance on contract performance, regulatory compliance, employment law, data protection (including GDPR), intellectual property, and cross-border transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant corporate, commercial, and regulatory requirements while overseeing legal risk, disputes, and litigation across global operations.
- Develop and implement global legal policies, frameworks, and templates.
- Manage and coordinate external legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of legal services.
