The role primarily supports strategic growth initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures for operating infrastructure subsidiaries. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating definitive purchase agreements, conducting legal due diligence, managing regulatory compliance (including HSR filings), and supporting post-close integration. Eligibility: Applicants must possess a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice law within the United States.
