Description: Singleton Schreiber is seeking an experienced attorney to serve in a firm-wide role overseeing and supporting settlement operations across all practice areas. This position functions as a strategic partner responsible for standardizing settlement processes, advising on compliance and accounting, and providing leadership to the firm’s settlement team. Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing settlement agreements, advising on client trust accounts (IOLTA), and ensuring compliance with state-specific laws and ethical obligations.
Eligibility: Applicants must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school and an active license to practice law in California. A minimum of 7+ years of litigation experience is required, with significant exposure to settlement processes and post-resolution matters. Management experience is preferred.
