Role Overview
This role involves participating in simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises to help shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform across industries such as finance, healthcare, and engineering. No prior experience in AI is required—your legal expertise is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises to evaluate AI-generated suggestions for accuracy, risk identification, and legal soundness.
- Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to improve model performance and output precision.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to refine training data, annotation guidelines, and evaluation criteria for AI model development.
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies in AI-generated contract drafts and propose corrections aligned with legal standards.
- Ensure high-quality legal input to enhance the reliability of AI systems used in contract drafting and negotiation.
